Zumba it’s a new fitness program, inspired by Latin dance.  

Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.

You will find yourself dancing to salsa, merengue, cumbia reggeton, belly dance, rock & roll and many more.

We utilize the principles of Fitness Interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
